At Martin Acres Gun Dogs: My name is Logan Boyken, the breeder behind Martin Acres Gun Dogs located in Hardinsburg, KY. All of our puppies are bred for intelligence, the drive to achieve their goals and the ability to do whatever their new owners desire whether it be a pointer, retriever, flusher, tracker or average lap dog.

We take pride in raising all of our puppies inside and watching them grow everyday. With daily handling and bottle feeding, we ensure our pups are exposed to as much love as possible before going to their new homes!

Quality Breeding Standards
We uphold the highest quality breeding standards to ensure every puppy that leaves our care is healthy, well-socialized, and ready to bring joy to their new families. We DNA test all of our breeding dogs through Embark to ensure everyone is in proper health genetically and physically. All of our WPG and GSP puppies receive unlimited AKC, UKC and NAVHDA registration. Our Boykin puppies will receive unlimited AKC, UKC and BSS registration. (excluding our WPG/GSP and Boykin/Brittany mixed puppies)
Deposit Information
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to join our waitlist/reserve a puppy for our WPG litters, Boykin litters and GSP litters.
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to join our waitlist/reserve a puppy for our Boykin/Brittany mix litters and our WPG/GSP litters.
Waitlist/Reservation Information
All deposits received are non-refundable with the exception of miscarriage, false pregnancy, death of chosen puppy, etc.
Choosing begins at 4 weeks of age when puppies have their eyes open and their personalities start to come out, choosing takes place in which order deposits are received (1st deposit, 1st choice, 2nd deposit, 2nd choice, etc.)
Health Guarantee Information
Every puppy that leaves our farm has a 100% lifetime health guarantee on genetic/hereditary health issues, as well as up to date on shots/deworming's and health record pamphlets showing when shots were given and when they a due for their next rounds.
Every person is subject to sign our health guarantee contract when they place a deposit, failure to do so voids the health guarantee.
Pick-up/Delivery Information
Pick-ups will be scheduled 1-2 weeks before puppies go to their new homes. Delivery may be arranged for an additional cost if needed based on distance from our farm. $100 an hour (drive time) is our rate for delivery. If you cannot pick-up your puppy at the 8 week mark an additional $25 a day fee is charged to cover basic, everyday needs (food, water, boarding, additional vaccines, etc.)
